Master Electrician Ian McDougal steps back as a dangling trunk line sparks off a broken conduit. His partner Maria Rivera shakes her head as she surveys the damage.

			MARIA
	What a stinking mess.  Half the emergency 
	lights aren't even working because the battries
	are so old.

			IAN
	If this wasn't a main feed to level one I'd say we
	should seal the whole thing up and forget about it.

			MARIA
	We better get them to shut down the grid in this 
	section.  Some cellless person's gonna stumble
	onto this place and get fried.

			IAN
	Yeah you're probably right.

Maria starts and points off into the dark.

			MARIA
	Did you see that!?

			IAN
	See what?

			MARIA
	I don't know.  It was kind of small.  It skittered
	under the pipes.

			IAN
	Probably a rat.  We'll have to get that clown
	Harding up here to clean this place out.  I'm 
	not doing any work where there are rats.

			MARIA
	Ian?

			IAN
	What?

			MARIA
	You should not call anyone that brings a 
	shotgun to work a clown.

			IAN
	Good point.

The two electricians exit the tunnel.
